Computer will not start or it freezes

I just purchased a HP Pavillion Slimline about a month ago and now I can't even get to the login screen when I turn it on, just to the blue Windows screen with the F8 F9 F10 options and even when you press one of those it doesn't do anything. If you do manage to get into the safe mode it freezes after about 10 minutes.

Last night I finally got it to run a diagnostic and everything passed. Then I got the stop error blue screen that states the following:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

(No file name was given with this message)

When I rebooted, the computer went right to Startup Repair, ran through that and then gave me the following message;

Any ideas of what is going on or how I can fix it?

 

I don't know much about error codes, but I do believe that

might have something to do with hardware compatibility, which I find surprising, considering where you bought your computer.
