Computer won't start at all!

hijacked computer need help

I think I have been going around this all wrong. I downloaded spyware guard and it does not stop the page from uploading. It doe not seem to have a url the page says " about: blank" can anyone help?

 

Is the page "about: blank" the page you get when you open IE? If so, this is a default home page. Click on tools>internet options. At the top you will see three buttons. "Use current", "use default" and "use blank". Type in the page you want to use as your home page, click apply and then click ok. This shouyld reset your home page to what you want.

You can also open the page you want to use and then open internet options, click "use current", apply and then ok. Try this and see if it helps. If not, post back with more info on what has gone on.

I changed the home page everytime I shut down or startup on IE spyware guard come up with an alert that a new bho is tryin to be installed, the address is c:\windows\system32\dpn.dll I cant delete it it says the program is running or is in use or summin like that
