Condemned Criminal origins crash

ok so I got condemned criminal origins and well I can play it UNTIL i kill my first baddie and then I get the phone call and mid way through the phone being put up in the game, my Pc just restarts, I have tried uninstalling,registry cleaning,temp cleaning, the works, is there a file I need to replace or what? because I had an almost similar situation with FEAR and well I fixed it but Im wanting to know if I need to replace something or not so can anyone help? thnx :major:major
