Condemned: Criminal Origins

I just finished playing the demo for Condemned, and was wondering if anyone has the full game? I _loved_ it. It’s a horror FPS, but you spend most of the time out of ammo so there’s lots of melee action and you can use objects in the environment as weapons and stuff. Also there’s a lot of CSI-type stuff as you are supposed to be a cop looking for a serial killer. So glad it’s out on PC, because I don’t have a 360. Anyone played the full game? How is it? I beat it on the Xbox 360. I beleive the PC version is similar. The game more or less is the alot of the same throughout. Its not a very lengthy game, but I enjoyed the whole thing. The last level is fantastic.

Probably the scariest game I have ever played.

 

I didn't like it at all.

 

I can see where its not a universally appealing game. I really like the the lighting effects and the surround sound amazed me.

 

Not my kind of game at all,just clocked the Demo,its bad enough we have to sit in our quite dark computer rooms,but then to be walking down a dark lonely corridor waiting for some crazed bad guys to scare us to death at any moment just makes it worse ,I wasnt a fan of Doom 3 either

I much rather the sunny open spaces of farcry or oblivion,I have to say though I was blown away by the video,the lighting effects are just awsome on my 6800gt,its definitely one of the most real games I'v ever seen almost like controlling a video of a guy walking through a building,the flashlight is ultra realistic it made me do a double take at what I was seeing

I wont be buying it,if you havnt played Max payne 2 yet I'd pick that up for $10 very similar 3rd person,great game wish I hadnt part ex'd it

 

I watched a friend play it almost all the way through. It was pretty freaky at times, but good.
