    I've got a Gigabyte GA-7VKML Motherboard w Duron 1300 on board.
    The RAM is 512MB DDR-266.
In The BIOS Chipset Features, there are 2 adjustable settings.
    1)Configure SDRAM by SPD. Enable/Disable. It's Enabled.
2)RAM Frequency. Was set 200MHz. I've set this to 266MHz.

1st question. What is Config SDRAM by SPD?
2nd " Why is EasyTune 3.3 telling me The RAM is 200MHz?
3rd " Using EasyTune, I up the FSB speed.(by 4MHz) Instruct it to GO. Then SAVE. Why is it reverting to 100MHz on re-boot? I know it can load the setting on Boot, cos I was doing it 4 years ago with a Duron 700. Pushed up 17MHz.
4th question Are Duron 1300's Locked?

Configure SDRAM by SPD, that's where the mobo will set the memory speed & timmings automaticly, the ram chips would have to be SPD, see here:

Easy Tune is overclocking program, (Poor one IMO, lot's of folk's have had problems with it, I would'nt use it)

The Best Way, If you want to OC, dump Easy Tune uninstall it, then just use your bios.
In bios set memory/cpu speeds & timings manually, dont forget to save & exit.

Are the durons locked?, dont know, Probably is, arnt they all nowdays, if you cant change the multiplier then you'll know it is.
You can always up the fsb.

You mentioned you previously pushed up a duron by 17mhz ( OOOH! I'm impressed, why bother?)
