Configuring a "Dynamic Network" (?)

    Hoping someone could help me with this.

    I'm likely far from "understanding" it, but now that I have (finally, again) gotten this OpenDNS "program" (?) "up/running", I believe I need to configure a Dynamic Network (or two?), and am really not "sure" how to go about it (per the OpenDNS Dashboard and Updater).
