Configuring Microsip Software (voice Over Ip)

I have 2 voice over IP providers and I am trying to get them set up in MicroSIP software. However, I have only 1 of the 2 working and it's only working for outgoing calls. My VOIP companies are 1-voip and Local Phone. My VOIP providers provided information about IP address, login, and password. However, that didn't get me too far and their support staff has no clue on this subject. I am including some screen shots of the settings, etc (I don't know what most of the settings mean).

Here, I have filled out username, domain, and password only.

Click on the question marks to get more info for the settings.
When you pay for a service you have rights. If they can't help, ask for a full refund and find another service provider.

Still unsure of what to do after clicking on those.

They tell me to use some other software (they name some titles).
However, I don't see why they shouldn't have reasonable support for several titles.
With local phone, they had their own software, which I installed but then they told me that that is known to not work. I am a little fussy about having to keep installing new software, unless it's software that adds new capabilities to my computer (in other words, I don't like installing additional software that essentially does the same thing).
Also, now I like sticking to open source software.

    This is absurd.
They are treating you like an ex-customer who's warrantee has expired.

I stand by what I posted.
    I agree.

I am probably going to try out voip.ms, as I have seen people mention that as a good one. One of the draws of local phone is that it is inexpensive.
I have been trying to learn a bit in the process. Things like ping time and packet loss.
With my 1-voip service, I finally got a rep who helped a lot, and it's working. I think that was the 4th rep that I dealt with.
One thing about voip is that I'm not so sure it cuts it yet, call quality wise. Much of this could be due to the ISP, and I am not talking about the speed, there are other metrics such as ping time, jitter, packet loss. In my experience, Google voice is reasonable. The rep at 1-voip was saying that that's because Google Voice uses port 80, which apparently lets the service have more freedom to use the bandwith that it needs, perhaps at the expense of other things. I want to understand better what various ping times mean as 1-voip was having me run some tests, which was giving a report of various ping times.
