Configuring router

I just purchased this router USR8054 802.11g Wireless Turbo Router:

Is there a good place to go that would help walk me through configuring this thing for best security? It gets more complicated since it is a combo 10/100 and 802.11g router. The instructions are not very helpful. More so when you are not completely sure what everything is or does, or how to set it up.

Thanks for the link xflat. It did not help much though. I am still at a loss as to the best way to go. I know I want to use the firewall and only open a hole through for specific programs. I also want to be able to kill the inet connection for my kids computers during the day when they are supposed to be doing school. I also know I need to set encryption for the wireless connection to my laptop.

I'll just have to keep reading till I get a handle on this and know what to do.

By the way if anyone really wants to setup a secure file sharing setup for a lan there is no better way to go then to use Waste.
