Confirmation Before I Delete File Please

I am using Windows 7 but previous to that it was Windows XP
On another drive which ive now decided to not use & have clead was Windows 10

My question is that i see a large size file of 10Gb & asking if its ok to delete it before i do something drastic

Ive probably answered my own question in that its ok to delete but i have learning issues so no harm in asking the people here to check for me.

Looks like virtual machine files - if you're not using them, then they are safe to delete. Was that from MS' Virtual PC? I think they had an XP virtual machine you could install for some reason?

 

I access my pc & chrome the normal way & dont use any virtual machines,In the pat maybe but say 5 years ago.
