confused needs help please

hi guys n gals i have a question that probably has a very simple answer (but i can't sort it )

i have a lot of pictures in the file MY PICTURES what i have tried to do is get some of them onto a forum but without success i can E mail them without problems, i tried CUT/COPY/MOVE TO/SEND TO nothing seems to work.

There are a couple options:

1. Post as an attachment. Under the text box you type a post into, there is a 'Manage Attachments' button. Pressing this will pop-up a Window which you can use to browse to your file. There are some constraints here - file size and extension being most prevalent.

2. Post as an inline image. This will require you upload your photo on the web. (I would recommend ImageShack's service). You then copy the URL to the file, and use this button http://forums.majorgeeks.com/images/editor/insertimage.gif to paste the URL into your post.

Note that I've used Majorgeek's forum for this example, but most forums have a similar process.
