I want to get a signal from the my AsusFHD10 to windows7_64 pc via hdmi port.
Can it ever? Or it works only with tv sets? Or it needs some special software?
I can't find any info how is done, if possible.
    Does anyone have advice?

What signal do you want to send? What exactly do you want to do?

The mini hdmi on the tablet sends out a signal.
The hdmi port on a computer sends out a signal (to a monitor or a tv).
So you are trying to connect two devices that send out signals. This won't work.

You can attach your tablet to a tv or a monitor because the hdmi ports on those devices are receiving signals.

If you want to mirror your tablet on your computer screen, you need to look for mirror apps.

This article talks about one way to do it

though from the comments, it seems like it is not all that easy to get working.

Check the connections on your monitor. If it has two HDMI inputs (some, not many, but some do), you can use one for your PC and one for you tablet.
