   I'm attempting to connect both my Windows desktop and a Apple laptop to a Brother MFC 7340 printer
   Do they make or can I use a USB cable Y or how can I connect them both?

   I used a parallel switch box for several years to share one printer with two computers.

   From reading, the printing part works but I'm not sure about the other functions.
   
   Before you spend money read some reviews.
   
   I've only used a switch box with a simple printer never a multi-function unit.
