I have a D-Link Airplus G DWL-G510 Wireless PCI card that I use on my computer to connect to the wireless router upstairs. My Xbox 360 is near by, and I want to know if there is any way I can connect the Xbox through an RJ-45 port on my motherboard, to connect through the NIC card in the PCI slot?

Since there is no RJ-45 port on the NIC card itself, just the antenna. I guess I have to go through the motherboard ports to somehow access the internet connection. But I don't really know how to go about setting this up.

    please help :)

    thanks

If memory serves, I connected mine by purchasing a usb wireless stick. Is that an option for you?

Well I have this wireless adapter thats made for Xbox and PS2, but id really like to connect through my computers NIC card because I have and external antenna that I bought that gets a lot better signal, and it would greatly decrease lag.

But I do notice that when I turn the Xbox on and go to my "Network Connections" I see "Local Area Connection 3" "Microsoft TV/ Video Connection".

If only I could make it share the one thats my internet somehow! confused
