Connection to Yahoo Services Times out

Hello and help please!!!

This past week Yahoo made many changes in their email program and connecting/moving around has been very slow.

I have a P4 3.00 1024 Memory Cable Connection Norton Anti Virus Windows XP Operating system. Anti Spyware , Computer built 5/03.

In the last 2 days I can't connect to Yahoo email or Groups. When I enter my name/password and hit enter, the connection attempt times out after about 1 minute. Hitting refresh does the same.

No other site is a problem for Windows explorer/Windows XP. The computer speed is excellent for search/download excluding Yahoo.

For the heck of it is there a way to increase the time that my computer will attempt to get into Yahoo's Mail/Groups from the current 1 minute to let us say 2 or 3 minutes?

Even though I would never want to wait that long, I have emails that I haven't been able to get to in 48 hours.
