Constant BSOD's

Ok the short version because the rig is probably gonna crash again if i keep going for too long.

specs:
i5 2500K @ 3.30 ghz -> Core voltage 1.000V-1.100V
AsRock P67 Extreme4
2x Kingston DDR3 4096mb -> DRam V 1.605V
AMD Radeon HD 6950 2gig
MICRON Crucial M4 64gig -> Windows 7 drive
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 1000 gig
CORSAIR TX v2 650 watt

CPU temp: 30°
Motherboard temp: 27°
GPU temp: 50°


Never had any problems with this rig (about a year old) until last monday. About 20 blue screens, and counting.

They give the stop code 0x00..F4 with a 0xc000000e error (most likely means a hardware defect).
Tried a system restore to september 2012, still had crashes. AVG and Malwarebytes scans, no files deleted. Used CCleaner. Updated all the drivers (except the motherboard BIOS), still had crashes.

Chkdsk/R in Safe mode came back with no errors/damage on the drives, 10h Memtest run didn't find any errors.

Things i havent tried yet are a Windows restore, testing the RAM by removing 1 of them and the BIOS update for the motherboard.

Does anyone know what else i can try before i RMA it?

Reads like the Crucial M4 firmware needs updating, there is a bug on older firmware where after about the equivalent of 6 months of use, it crashes with a 0xF4 - about every hour.
