Constant Email From My Email To My Email

I get an email every couple days that is in a foreign language and it shows its sent from my email to my email. I have changed the password on the account about 10 times and that email account is actually just forwarded to my new email address. I only keep it around because it's my login for old accounts and need to keep it around. Not sure how to go about stopping this, i'm tired of deleting it every couple days... and i have no idea what it says.
