I have been an unsatisfied, sometimes seething AT&T Fiber customer for the past several months, who would have had a tech here a long time ago were it not for the company basically threatening customers with an "unnecessary dispatch" charge of $100 or thereabouts, should the tech determine the problem to reside somewhere other than AT&T-provided hardware or the AT&T network. Not wishing to risk that, I have resigned myself to C- internet service, which is neither as fast nor even remotely as reliable as hoped. When I've called to complain, they perform some remote voodoo that an underpaid overworked call center representative can hardly explain, but seems to amount to little more than restarting the router or changing the wifi channel, which does nothing. Oh, and they tell me I need a signal extender... in a 650 square foot studio apartment. /smfh

Attached is the log from Windows Network Troubleshooter. Whatever is going on there is happening constantly, several times a day. I've updated my wireless adapter drivers, made the network private, and set the OS to automatically connect to the network. No change. Happy to provide any additional information upon request. Any and all help greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
