Constant ping? please help

    I checked my inbound events on my firewall i am getting a constant ping one every 45 seconds since 10pm sunday it is now tues morn.
    It says it is the dsl router from an untraceable isp, when i click on more info it says it is probably a spoofed isp.
    i am running an old dell dimension 4100 with Mac internet security suite
    any help would be appreciated
