Constant Reloading while on Internet pages

    Hi,

    Can anyone suggest a 'fix' for this problem. While I am on the internet, in any of the browsers or for example I clicked on a news item while in Yahoo, each time I use the scroll bar the page reloads and I can't move on the page. I have to wait until it indicates that's its done and then I can move down on the page but as soon as I do, it reloads and freezes again. Is there some setting that should change?
