I'm experiencing stalling across the board of applications. Example, I try to open file manager and it opens the window, then stalls saying it's not responding. The next time I try it pops open with no issues. I get something similar when opening email in Outlook. It appears intermittent but really frustrating when you're in a hurry.

I'm running an HP Pavilion, with I5-4210U CPU, 12 GB of RAM, 64but OS running Windows 10 Home Version 1709 OS Build 16299.64. I have Office 365 loaded and it is fully updated.

I didn't know if it was a virus or malware so I ran through the malware process and it's still happening. I'll load the log sheets to this thread. Let me know if I missed one.

Thank you for your time on this.

I reran RK and after 2 hours, I got the results. I expected to find the files you listed but they were not the same. I had no HKEY_USER files. I did have the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and have marked it for removal. I did not find the
last file in your list. In short I only found one. I did get the same number count of issues as before.

I didn't remove any the first time I ran this since the instructions said not to. I did run some scans after word per the instructions but didn't remove any files for that either. I couldn't do anything when the MGTools were running.

I've still got the program open, I'd like to wait for your response before I pull the trigger.

You're logs are clean. I suggest you post in the software forum.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8 or 10, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
