Constructor (Acclaim) in Win XP

Hi,

I'm having troubles with playing Constructor in Win XP.
I tried to run the game.exe file in compatibility mode for win 95 as I did with the setup file (otherwise it would not install), but the game always crashes with the same application error message:

"The instruction at 00460a35 referenced memory at 01922000
The memory could not be read from
Click on OK to terminate this application"

I hope someone knows how to do it.
I simply don't believe it's impossible to play the game in XP.

 

I am also having this problem. any help would be appreciated.
