Constructor not working T.T

Hey all,

I'm having troubles with playing Constructor in Windows XP Home.
I tried to run the game in every compatibility mode as I did with the setup file (otherwise it would not install), but the game always crashes with the same application error message:

"The instruction at 00460a35 referenced memory at 01922000
The memory could not be read from
Click on OK to terminate this application"

I hope someone knows how to fix this.
I simply don't believe it's impossible to play the game in XP.
