Contacts on Outlook 2007

I have a couple of (probably basic) questions on Outlook 2007. If you could help, it'd make my life much much easier.

    1. Is there a way of putting all of the people in my inbox into my Outlook contacts - without going through them one by one and saving them into contacts individually?

    2. On a new email, when I type in the 'To' field, some contacts appear with AutoComplete. But most don't - even though they're in my list of contacts. Does anyone know how I can make them all AutoComplete-friendly?

    Thanks!
