Control panel/user accounts BLANK SCREEN

    hello when i am admin account

    when i go into Control panel/user accounts it just shows a BLANK SCREEN where its meant to have users accounts

    how may i fix this:confused:

    Might be way off here but does 'help & support' work? If not try this>

    Click Start, and then click Run.

    In the Open box, type regsvr32 jscript.dll, click OK.

    Click Start, click Run.

    In the Open box, type regsvr32 vbscript.dll, click OK.
