Convert files to play on cd player?

I'm adding to this thread because I'm having terrible trouble trying to get a simple thing done.

I use Windows Media Player as my player and music store. Now, I've bought from the Walmart Music Downloads since at least early 2005, and have never had this problem before.

WMP has file extensions of *.wma. To play the music I BOUGHT and PAID for, I need the format to be *.cda. I can't figure out for the life of me how to manage that. Even tried downloading the program "Burrn" as suggested earlier. That didn't even recognzie *.wma files.

I'm soooo tired of the insanity around "music" permissions. If I buy a song, I should have the right to play it on my home stereo, right???? Not just the computer.

Anyway, any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

All I found in a google search for MelodyCan was what looked like a mess as it kept sending me to new pages, no download in sight, and then started asking for money (still no download in sight), so I stopped.

Can you help me with a link?

    Thanks for answering!
