Convert mobile phone audio and video

    Are there any programs you guys and girls can recommend to convert audio and video off my mobile phone to formats I can listen to and view on my PC? Or indeed are there programs that will play these formats natively? The formats that the data are in now are: AMR for the audio and 3GP for the video.

    Freeware without any spyware is all I'm interested in ;)
