Convert Tif To Pdf

Can anyone please recommend a converter that will convert a file in TIF format to PDF format and a safe site to download it from?

What OS are you using? In Windows 10 I have the choice of printing to PDF from any application.
Paint.NET is a good free graphics package.

Of course you could always open the image in OpenOffice and export the creation as a PDF.

When I scan something, I have the choice of saving to tiff or pdf. I've never chosen tiff so I've never worked with tiff files. As a result, I can't recommend a program.

1. Install a ghost pdf printer, open the tiff file and choose to print it. It will then be a pdf and won't actually print. (I use an old version of doPDF. http://www.dopdf.com/)
2. The other option is to use an online converter.

I don't know which site is good or poor from all online conversion sites listed.

 

I've used Irfanview for many years now. It has a buttload of options, but I only use a few of them. It will load and convert TIF files to PDF as well as a lot of other image file formats.

And it's free! For just about all versions of Windows since 2000...

 

Installing a virtual printer is your best option.
It can be used from any program that has a Print function.
doPDF as recommended by plodr is one of the best.
