convert to icon.??????

ive collected so many icons (more or less 2000) but most of them they are on .png files
i want to convert them into a icon file and i used this "Any to icon 3.3"

it works ok but i noticed when it convert a file with grey shadow the result "the grey shadow turns to black/dark shadow" and the smoth edges are turning to rough

Can anyone recomend me better than this?

IrfanView will save a pic as .ico. I find that they look as good as they did before the switch. You might try it and see what you think. Get the plugIns too. There's one for .png support in them.
