Convert to Vista64?

My copmuter has XP on it. I am thinking of buying a computer from a friend that has Vista64. I want to know how would I trasnfer all my stuff onto the Vista Computer?

Will my outlook files work on it? Will it transfer my favorites and my docs?

What about my programs? Can I use my XP Phtoshop install disk for the Vista 64 system?
