   does any 1 know of a program that converts a .txt file to a .mif file
   
   .mif is a mapinfo interchange file

   the 2nd link does kinda help i just getting a bit stuck
   
   but i looking mainly for a program to convert the files
   
   a .txt file to a .xml file would also help loads
