Converting .flv to .avi issue

    Hello!

    When I convert .flv videos to .avi videos, the sound lags behind the video by at least 5 second. Does anyone happen to have any idea why this is and what I can do about it? thanks

    Pro version. I am guessing it has to do with the bitrate settings. I thought just using the stock settings would work. I guess I need to learn how to properly adjust these setting. Any tips? Thanks
