Converting MPEG4 files to DVD disk

Hi Guys, can anybody help?

I have purchased and downloaded 2 x cycling training videos and would like to burn them to a DVD so I can play them on a TV.

The downloads come in a zip file and when extracted the file is a MPEG4 format, I have already asked the same question on the sites own forum and I have been told that I need to convert the MPEG4 into an MPEG2 using "Any Video Converter" then burn the converted file onto a disk using suitable software which in my case is Express Burn.

I have tried the above without success many times and I am now stumpped, any ideas??

The best software (although it's not free) for doing this IMO is Convertxtodvd. It does the conversion, builds the DVD files, and burns the dvd for use on a stand-alone dvd player. I've used it thousands of times, literally, and it has never failed to recognize and successfully convert and burn. Google for it.

You don't need to convert them to use in DVD Flick and it's free. The ConvertXDVD is great also but if you don't do a lot of this, you should just save your money.

 

I agree with JustPlayin. DVDFlick does the same as ConvertX and although slower I think the quality of the finished project is better than ConvertX.
