Convertor mp3 to wma

First off, I'm a novice in this area I'm about to discuss.

At our church, we are starting to record sermons on computer. I downloaded Audacity to do such. Works great. I then export it to mp3 file. Only problem is, so often we get a request for that file to be put on cd. I know the mp3 will work on the cd -- BUT -- I'm needing to also make this a wma file as well - right? Not all mp3 files working in all cd players as I found out by trying in my truck stereo. Making playback on all players is a must. Am i doing something wrong or do I need a convertor to make in WMA format from mp3 format?

If I do need a convertor, what convertor would you recommend? I downloaded a convertor called SWITCH, thought I did it right, put it on cd, still didn't work. HELP!!!

I don't know if the file size would be a problem in this case but online converters can be very useful. They can do more than any desktop program I know of. These are good: Media Convert and Media Converter.

After re-reading your post, it seems to me that if you want to use the CDs on all players, then you must convert the music to .cda which is standard CD audio and will play on all CD players much like a store-bought CD would. I have used a program called BURRRRN many times to convert MP3/WMA and other music formats to standard CD format, it burns the discs too, just use a burn speed of 16x or slower for best sound.
