Cool App from Microsoft when unable to delete profiles.

This might have been posted before, but if not, here goes.

I had a problem the other day deleting a user profile and it would day that "Cannot delete Usrclass.dat. It's is being used by another program."

I tried everything. Logging in as local, not domain, administrator, not working.

I found this tool from Microsoft that is handy.

Contrary to what the instructions say I recommend the following when running into this problem I had.

1. Login as local administrator
2. Run the UPHC program
3. Reboot and login as local administrator again.
4. Now you can delete that Windows profile.
