cooling fan running constantly

    I have an hp desktop model hp p2-1317cb and the coolant fan runs all the time. I have the speccy program that says the graphics temp is 50c all others are cooler. I have looked for a place to set the fan but can't find it. any ideas, places to look for the fan settings? thanks in advance. I had this problem before and I had to refresh my pc to get rid of it. but I think there must be some other way.

    I set the bios to default and it worked out well thanks for the help.
