Cooling Help!! Very Important

Ok. my cooling is messed up. i am using a soyo K7VME mobo with and athlon 2200+ (t-bred). I have the soyo barebone case, and it has NO XTRA FAN SLOTS. i have both sides of the case off, a window open, and a fan blowing through it. it is STILL running at around 55 degrees with no load.

also, i cant get windows installed properly. it gets installed, but while finishing settings, it gives me the blue screen of death (win 98), and i have to restart. its a continuous cycle. i tried win xp, but it wont seem to activate. i need help, and am out of ideas.

im thinkin about tradin it for a soyo dragon kt600, and a new case but then i need a vid card, and cant find one for a price i can afford. if anyone knows where to get one, please help!!!

 

it wuznt all of a sudden, cause i just got it today. the heatsink is a thermaltake, and its on right, the case just sucks. i was wondering if i could "get by" somehow, or if i should just screw it and get something better

 

i mounted it. three times. same results. i know what i am doing. its on right

 

if it came premade you might be able to return it, course that would be a pain ... nm

 

they were separate. do you have msn so we could talk about this easier???
