I have been having graphics problems while playing KOTOR. I had everything up to the max and the game would freeze alot when ever the loading screen came up. :(

I have expermented with a few things. One of which put a floor fan blowing air in to the case. There was a 4-6 degree C drop in all my components and the game didnt freeze anymore.

I really dont want to keep that fan there, so a need some really good cooling for my card.

    Any reccomendations?

One more thing, water is a no.

    thanks everyone

Just go buy a small generic computer fan from a computer store. Get one with the right connector on it to tap in to the PC's power supply. Should be 5 or 10 bucks.
I would use zip-ties and sling it into place where it blows directly on your video card. Make sure the fan is made of plastic and don't use anything metalic to mount the fan and you can't have any electrical problems.

    what you want:

Zalman CM80A-HP, Zalman CM80C-HP or the
    VGA Silencer from Artic Cooling.

they're also less prone to grinding to a halt because of all the dust and cat hair :)
