Cooling my PC

My PC is currently quite hot when im not doing anything what im thinking of doing is installing the following
1. A new dual fan PSU
2. A New case fan at the front of my case
3. An Exhaust blower fan

Any other suggestions will really help me besides a new heatsink/fan.
I also want to know whether i will need an intake fan as well as my out fan that i already have, If i will need one then any suggestions on what to use will be welcome and also what i have to do to install it ( newb question but i dont wanna get it wrong! )

Post your specs and stuff and well get crackin cooling your pc down if you you are looking at specific parts you would like to upgrade,post a link or state how much you would like to spend on them,well have a look for the best-cheapest route to take

 

Well at the moment my PC is pretty basic but seeing as now im gonna get a job its gonna be improved i currently have a 2600 AMD Athalon processor 512 RAM (Kingston) an Nvidia motherboard and graphics card thats all i know lol, Please tell me a program that shows u all ur stats well i have a limited budget at the moment but if u give me some reasonably priced suggestions i will try to get those...
