coolweb problems

    Man this bug is a menace I have tried ad-aware and avg, but everytime I start up it is still there!!!! Even after running both softwares numeral times oh I forgot cw shredder too!!! I have downloaded all the patches from microsoft, the only thing I did not do is remove the java browser something.Anything else I can do?
