CoolWebSearch.dpe and Windows AdControl

I have two instances of Spyware driving me nuts! 1.- CoolWebSearch.dpe and 2.- Windows AdControl. I have tried "Ad-aware SE", "Spybot 1.3", even "HiJackthis" and manual instructions from "Bazooka" and still stuck in there...Could anybody guide me or give me some suggestions about how to go about it?
I am running Win XP Home Edition.

Note the steps that you can and cannot complete. Please make sure that you are in Safe Mode with System Restore OFF and have the Viewing of Hidden Files ENABLED as per the instructions in the link. Make sure to do the Online Scans.
