Coordinator.exe popup on bootup

    I have an annoying coordinator.exe popup on bootup - says no disk.

    Coordinator.exe - No Disk There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk2\DR2

    I've read around the web and it says about zoominfo - which I have since uninstalled, but REVO did not pickup the same files as the rootkiller.exe log.

    I think that by deleting using rootkiller.exe the zoominfo files, it might work.

    I enclose all logs. I recognise most of the hitman files as games or software I have uninstalled.

    Can I go ahead and delete the zoominfo stuff using rootkiller?

    Any other suggestions, eg combofix script?

    Double-click RogueKiller.exe to run. (Vista/7 right-click and select Run as Administrator)
    When it opens, press the Scan button
    Now click the Registry tab and locate these detections:


    • [RUN][SUSP PATH] HKCU\[...]\Run : ZoomInfo Contact Contributor (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\ZoomInfoCEUtility\launch.bat) [-] -> FOUND
      [RUN][SUSP PATH] HKUS\S-1-5-21-2906488164-4276371930-1630751760-500[...]\Run : ZoomInfo Contact Contributor (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\ZoomInfoCEUtility\launch.bat) [-] -> FOUND
      [TASK][SUSP PATH] EPUpdater : C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\BabSolution\Shared\BabMaint.exe [7] -> FOUND

    Place a checkmark each of these items, leave the others unchecked.
    Now press the Delete button.
    When it is finished, there will be a log on your desktop called: RKreport[2].txt
    Attach RKreport[2].txt to your next message. (How to attach)
    Do not reboot your computer yet.

    Now rerun Hitman and have it delete all the:
    Potential Unwanted Programs

    Reboot and rescan with both RogueKiller and Hitman and attach those logs as well.

    Be sure to tell me how things are running now.
