Copy and Paste Issue

All of a sudden I am having an issue when I Copy and Paste, I can Copy with no issues, but as soon as I try to Paste in a forum I get nothing, and if I go to a clipboard or Word and hit paste it does a print screen post image, it has been doing this for about 3 days now, sometimes it will work fine and other times will just do the print screen , any suggestions

PS. sorry if I posted in the wrong section, not sure where I should of posted this question and issue

 

Are you copy and pasting by clicking a link with the cursor or with CTRL + C(copy) and CTRL + V(paste). And if its with the cursor, what happens if you use the keyboard shortcuts?

 

Right click or keyboard shortcuts are doing the same thing, looks like something is triggering the print screen when I paste

 

I used an application on/off print screen.exe to turn the print screen on and off for now, will try another keyboard tomorrow

 

So, you copy from a forum thread to Word, right? Try Paste Special, found on the Edit menu. In the Paste Special dialog box, select Unformatted Text. Does that work better?

 

Is it possible that your .txt or word file extension got associated with photo images somehow? So that when you go to paste it thinks its an image your pasting not txt.

 

Nope something is making the Copy a Print screen when I paste no matter what application, whether I use from the forums or word, or paint, if I paste text copied from a forum and paste it in paint it will print screen, if I paste the same in MSN it will do the same, if I paste the same in the forum thread, just the cursor will show as you cannot paste images, if I go to start and run and type clipbrd and open it, has an image and keeps flickering none stop, have tried different keyboards the same issue, it is a laptop I am using with a PS2 Keyboard connected, will try a USB one next time , but I am baffled, one I execute that print screen on/off it works fine, but has to be enable everytime I boot up the PC, I have also checked the FN button on the laptop to make sure it is not jammed, even though i never use that keyboard, LOL

 

OK here is an update, got a USB Keyboard and that worked fine for about 2 days and now it is doing the samething, maybe the mother board on the laptop is going
