Copy MY DVD

So I have this DVD I made and I wanna copy it. But whenever I go to use my Pinicale Instant Copy it doesn't work. I click on copy, then select copy from my DVD drive back to my DVD drive. It reads the DVD (all 3.65 gigs), then verifies the video packets, and then spits it out and says "Please insert the DVD you whish to use burn this copy to, and press retry." I put in the blank and all of a sudden it says "Resetting drive" and then says "Error could not read blah blah blah because it is being used by another process." It then proceeds to reset the drive and then gives me the error message again....and again....and again. It keeps looping. Whats going on?

 

Update: I just tried to copy the image of the DVD onto my hard drive and I got the same message "Cannot use blah blah blah because it is being used by another process." I think this is the source of the problems, although I'm not quite sure what it means.

 

Is blah blah blah the disc you are attempting to copy? If your drive is set to autoplay, it may be trying to open the DVD with anoter application, thereby tying it up. Right click and poen the properties on your DVD drive and set DVD Movie to take no action and see if it makes a difference.
