Yuo can transfer applications from one PC to another simply by copying them to an external source such as a flash drive or external hard drive or even as a last resort to a CD/DVD.

As for finding the keys this application is helpful.

There are many more but most are hacking tools and we do not post those on this forum.

Once i copy the folder to a flash drive and then copy to C: what do i do for MS Office to work. and can I get the cd key with the software i downloaded?
When I copy to my hard drive and click on the folder i get a error message saying "The operating system is not currently configured to run this application". Am I clicking on wrong folder?

No. Product keys are not stored on the disc. This is proven by being able to use any valid product key with the CD (for example: if I have a valid key for Office 2003, but lost the disc, I could use my friend's Office 2003 disc and my product key and it would install just fine). Post #2 above is incorrect. You cannot simply copy the Office folder to a flash drive and expect it to run from either the flash drive, or from a different PC. If this was possible, the problem of software piracy would be MUCH larger than it already is. When software is installed, many different types of files (like DLLs, EXEs, INIs, CABs, etc) are placed in many different areas through-out the operating system, and the installed program is dependent on these files. Without 'em, the program will not run properly. If you have a valid key, you may be able to order a re-install disc from Microsoft for a minimal fee; if it's Office 2007, you can actually download free OEM installation files from Microsoft, but, again, you'll need a product key to install.
