copying os to cd

is it possible to copy my operating system from my pc to a cd? if so how using nero burner.... i have my xp pro os disk but its badly scratched and wont read.

No way to do it. You might make a back up of your system but you cannot make an original copy of your OS from one that has been installed

 

u any advice wot i can do? do i have to buy another copy?

 

read abbys sues advice I did not know that they would do that for you but if they do go for it.

Are the scratches too bad for one of the aftermarket CD polishing kits to repair?

 

depends on wot u call too bad,..... theres lots of them, infact completely covered but they only seem like light scratches
