Copyright Question

Hi,

First this is the best board on net. You guys are helpful & intelligent & I am glad I found you & I am very grateful.

I have some questions regarding the Copyright Laws & Best Attorneys to take my case & answer my questions based on contingency fees.

I have a genuine copyright infringement violation case & questions & would like to hire an attorney to handle my case & I need answers to my basic questions & then pick out the best attorney.

How do I go about this ?

Don't know where you are, sounds like US so I can't directly help.
However copyright and patent law is converging in most countries and the UK Patent Office are very helpful. They won't discuss individual cases but offer lots of invaluable general advice. In the UK there is a specialist profession of Patent Agent. These folks are not regular attorneys, they charge even more for one thing, but they handle patent, copyright, trade mark and registered design matters. A few regular lawyers can also handle simpler cases.
