corrupt file zk chunk reader

hope some one can help i use virgin broadband and the following message keeps popping up, file corrupt zk chunk reader: : zk chunk reader
desc: c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\virgin broadband\pc guard freedom.dat.
pc guard seems to be working and i have tried to reinstall pc guard but will not load as says pc guard already installed. i have tried to uninstall pc guard and pc guard advisor but will not undelete. hopefully some one might be able to help. thanks costac19:wave:cool
