I just dropped a lot of $$ and time on a new Corsair K95 keyboard.
14 days, 1-2 hours a day with forums and online to tech support proved this is not a gaming keyboard for my MMOs.
The old K90 had a "stand alone" or "hardware" mode where the keyboard would play macros and G keys without software so it worked in all games. The K95 got pretty LEDs and pretty useless in games as the lighting and macros are in software. Many games block the software. Ergo, no macros or G keys in some games.
IMHO if a keyboard is not fully functional in all games, it is not a gaming keyboard. While the response and feel are great for games, the requirement for software that is blocked in games is unacceptable.

I post this in case a gamer is looking for macros in games from this keyboard. Look elsewhere.

I got it to work by running CUE as admin and turning off alerts. The macros now work, but I am pretty sure MMO's can easily see CUE running. The old keyboard worked internally and MMO's did not detect it.
