Could Someone Analyze My Combofix Log

First off, you are running ComboFix from the wrong location. It needs to be directly on your desktop, not here:
Running from: c:\users\Joseph\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\I91CVK97\ComboFix.exe

Second, you are allowing Utorrent to run at start up. This is a serious security flaw. It opens your computer to anyone. You should only run it when you need it and then close it out!!
