Could someone help me with a .dmp?

    hey guys.

    i'm not at all good with computers, and so although i have read the guide on this forum to reading .dmp i don't fully understand it and i don't think it's working for me properly anyway. so i was wondering if someone could use the .dmp file i am going to attach and possibly help tell me what is causing my computer to randomly restart?
